Requests for return may be placed e-mail email@example.com. A request for return must be made within 4 days of receipt of delivery of your item in order to be processed.
We do not send refund checks. Refunds can only be processed using the sme methok that was used to place your order.

If you find your product has been damaged during shipping, keep all packaging materials, take pictures of damages, and Contact Rustic Wood Work at (580) 247-0533 to discuss replacement options. Please email all pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All shipping damages that occur during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier and the appropriate claims must be filed out.
